Rebecca is co-CEO of Arisaig Partners – an independent investment management boutique established in 1996 – which invests in the long-term sustainable growth of emerging markets through public equities. Rebecca joined Arisaig Partners in October 2010 to work on the Asia Consumer Fund with a broader mandate to head the integration of our ESG initiatives across the firm. More recently, she led the development of Arisaig’s Next Generation Fund, a public equity impact strategy. Rebecca was based in Singapore from 2010 to 2017 before moving to Arisaig’s research office in London. Prior to joining Arisaig, Rebecca was an investment analyst at Responsible Research (an independent ESG research house) and a teacher of mathematics. She is a graduate of Cambridge University, has an MBA from INSEAD, and completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard University.
