This post was authored by the Impact Investing Institute.

We are seeking a partner to co-design and deliver a training programme that will help increase the capability and capacity of Community Development Finance Institutions (CDFIs) to take on more institutional investment.

The goal of this project, conducted in partnership with and funded by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), is to see more private investment targeted towards disadvantaged places, with a focus on investing with impact to address specific places’ needs, as defined by their communities, for the benefit of people and the planet.

This work is part of the Institute’s place-based impact investing programme, seeking to grow the market and encourage more investors to adopt a place-based impact investing approach.

The Institute is looking for a proposal of no more than four sides of A4 on how to deliver the project, along with a fixed-fee quote by 5pm on Tuesday 27th September.

For more information, please see the full proposal below.
