Paul Druckman is a Non-Executive Chairman and Director of organisations in multiple sectors. He is a Chartered Accountant whose commercial career included founding a successful software business and then being a non-executive director of businesses in a variety of sectors.

Active in different roles: examples include Chairman of the World Benchmarking Alliance; on the Workiva ESG Advisory Council and the UK Impact Investing Institute; Trustee of both Shift and Accounting for Sustainability; and Honorary Professor at Durham Business School

Highlights in the past have included being President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW); Chairman of The Prince’s Accounting for Sustainability Project (A4S) Executive Board; and as a Board member and Chairman of UK accounting standards through the UK government regulator (FRC). He was also the founding CEO of the International Integrated Reporting Council, now merged into the IFRS Foundation. He chaired both The Access Group and Clear Insurance to go through phenomenal growth track records including both having highly successful Private Equity transactions.

Paul has been recognised with the International Federation of Accountants Global Achievement Award; Personality of the Year by the International Accounting Bulletin; Chartered Governance Institute Outstanding Achievement Award; and Honorary Membership of ACCA.
