Anna is the Senior Finance Manager at the Impact Investing Institute, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Institute’s in-house finance function.
Anna started her professional career in the charity sector, initially working at Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), before joining The Care Workers’ charity as the third employee during a period of significant growth. She qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant at The National Audit Office, where she led a variety of government body financial audits and contributed to high-profile investigations and ‘Value for Money’ studies on public spending during the COVID-19 pandemic. More recently, she returned to working in adult social care, as Head of Finance and Impact across two companies which provide transport and training services for those living and working in residential care homes.
In her own time, her keen eye for value for money finds an outlet in thrift shopping. Her latest find – a vintage brass bell – has become a musical addition to the Institute’s fundraising team!
