A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA), Cat has chaired numerous industry events aimed at promoting greater diversity across financial services and advancing financial education for women. She has also served as an adviser to the Impact Investing Institute, supporting efforts to reshape the investment narrative around impact investing
