Ella joined the Institute in September 2025 as our Communications and Programme Coordinator.
She works across both the events and communications teams, managing the Institute’s digital presence and platforms. Her role involves creating compelling content, managing impactful speaking engagements and providing communications support across the Institute’s programmes.
Before joining us, Ella supported communities, public sector bodies and non-profits in developing and managing their own renewable energy projects. Her role involved leading communications, engaging communities and stakeholders and helping to shape social impact objectives.
Originally from Cornwall, Ella holds a First-Class degree in Environmental Science from the University of Exeter. Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle by the coast.
