Giulia Marchiori Ceresa is Partner at Featherlight Capital, an independent GP anchoring specialist dedicated to identifying, backing, and scaling next-generation private alternative investment managers focused on climate solutions. She is a seasoned leader with more than twenty years of experience in social impact strategy and advising families on deploying capital for impact. Most recently, Giulia served as a founding team member and Senior Philanthropy Advisor at Climate Lead, where she partnered with families and global investors to accelerate and scale commitments to climate philanthropy.

Prior to this, Giulia held senior positions at mission-driven organizations in New York and London, including the International Center for Transitional Justice, the Clinton Global Initiative, and the Nike Foundation. Earlier in her career, she was a senior fundraiser on a U.S. Presidential Campaign before co-founding Paradigm, a political and philanthropic advisory firm. She is recognized for her ability to mobilize influential networks, design and execute fundraising strategies, and channel capital toward high-impact opportunities. Her results-driven and entrepreneurial approach makes her a trusted advisor to investors navigating complex landscapes.

At Featherlight Capital, she is responsible for the Ecosystem team, cultivating and strengthening the investors, networks, and climate experts that underpin Featherlight’s success. Fluent in English, French, and Italian, Giulia brings a truly international perspective, having grown up between Japan, China, and the U.S. She earned a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an MA in International Relations and Communications from Boston University, and recently completed executive coursework in Sustainable Finance at the Oxford Smith School of Enterprise & the Environment. She now lives in London.
