Ipsa joined the Institute in October 2024 as a Programme Coordinator. She supports the delivery of a range of projects aimed at directing impact investment towards underinvested places, communities, and issues across the UK.

She first learned about strategic approaches to philanthropy and impact investing while doing a Masters in Public Administration, where she explored innovative financing options to address rising threats from climate change in urban landscapes.

Ipsa previously worked to advance rights-based approaches to adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health and rights programming across South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. She serves on the Advisory Committee for Development Dynamics, a pan-African think tank to retain her ties to international development and help mobilise more impact finance flows towards better environmental and social outcomes.

Outside of work, Ipsa enjoys cooking, crocheting (ask her about the Institute stingray!), and geeking out on policy podcasts.
