Jennifer joined the Impact Investing Institute as a Programme Manager in April 2026, where she leads the design and delivery of initiatives that mobilise capital for social and environmental impact. She works across the investment ecosystem, partnering with investors, policymakers and delivery organisations to strengthen effectiveness and scale of impact investing in the UK and globally.

Jennifer brings over a decade of experience managing complex, high-value programmes across international NGOs, multilateral institutions and private sector partners. She has overseen portfolios exceeding £100 million, delivering development and humanitarian initiatives across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Prior to joining the Institute, Jennifer held senior roles at the International Rescue Committee and Social Development Direct, where she led multi-country programmes, managed large-scale donor funding, and advised on programme design, delivery, compliance and strategic growth. She has extensive experience working with multi-partner consortia, bringing together diverse stakeholders and strengthening systems to deliver large-scale, impact-focused programmes.

She holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London, and a BA in International Development Studies and Political Science from McGill University.
