Lizzy leads on the Institute’s events, organising everything from small roundtables to larger conferences, as well as partnerships with other event organisers, and managing the team’s external speaking engagements. Lizzy is also the Institute’s Diversity Officer, overseeing the implementation of our diversity policies.
Prior to joining the Institute, Lizzy was working with Capital Enterprise, a non-profit organisation supporting start-ups in the tech industry. She also worked with Luminous Ventures on their flagship event Allocate, the European event for tech venture capital funds. Lizzy has worked on many start-up focused workshops, showcases, talent fairs and product launches.
Aside from events, Lizzy also has a background in project management and operations.
When she is not working, Lizzy enjoys being creative, playing netball and exploring nature with furry friends.
