Ngozi joined the Institute in May 2026 as a Programme Coordinator. Her work spans the Institute’s programme portfolio, with a focus on the Private Wealth programme.

Ngozi brings a background that sits across the charity sector, social enterprise and finance. Most recently she was a Project Coordinator at Hubbub Foundation, where she coordinated national behaviour change campaigns and grant programmes, working in direct partnership with NHS Charities Together and Starbucks on community-focused initiatives reaching tens of millions of people across the UK. Before that she worked at Insight Investment, one of the UK’s largest asset managers.

Her interest in the relationship between capital and community runs deeper than her professional background. Growing up in South East London, and having spent eight years leading youth programmes and community events there, she has seen up close what changes when investment reaches the places and people it should, and what is lost when it doesn’t. That conviction is what brought her to impact investing.

Outside of work, Ngozi enjoys long-distance hiking, intentional travel and cooking vegetarian and pescatarian food.
